Refund / Cancellation Policy

At Evashu Crystals, we deal in natural, handcrafted semi-precious crystal products. Due to the nature of our products and quality control process, we follow a strict Refund & Cancellation Policy, outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched
Cancellation requests must be sent to support@evashu.in with the subject:
Order Cancellation – Order ID
Once approved, the order will be cancelled and processed accordingly

After Dispatch

❌ Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
❌ Cancellation requests raised after dispatch will not be accepted

2. Refund Policy

General Rule

We do not offer refunds for delivered products.

Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where:

A replacement is approved and
The replacement product is unavailable and
No suitable alternative or store credit is accepted

Refunds, if issued, are processed strictly at our discretion, unless required by applicable law.

3. Relationship with Return & Replacement Policy

Refunds are not automatic for return requests
Approved cases are eligible for replacement only
Refunds are considered only if replacement fulfillment is not possible

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Requests raised after the allowed time window
Products without a valid opening video
Natural variations in color, shape, size, or texture
Personal preference or change of mind
Perceived energy or metaphysical outcomes
Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling
Clearance sale or discounted products
Orders cancelled after dispatch

5. Refund Processing Timeline (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment
Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers

6. Shipping & Payment Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable
Any payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable unless required by law

7. Failed or Returned Deliveries

Orders returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery are not eligible for refund
Re-shipping costs, if applicable, must be borne by the customer
