At Evashu Crystals, we deal in natural, handcrafted semi-precious crystal products. Due to the nature of our products and quality control process, we follow a strict Refund & Cancellation Policy, outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched

Cancellation requests must be sent to support@evashu.in with the subject:

Once approved, the order will be cancelled and processed accordingly
After Dispatch

2. Refund Policy
General Rule
We do not offer refunds for delivered products.
Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where:

A replacement is approved and

The replacement product is unavailable and

No suitable alternative or store credit is accepted
Refunds, if issued, are processed strictly at our discretion, unless required by applicable law.
3. Relationship with Return & Replacement Policy

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Natural variations in color, shape, size, or texture

If a refund is approved:

Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment

Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers
6. Shipping & Payment Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Any payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable unless required by law
7. Failed or Returned Deliveries

Orders returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery are not eligible for refund

Re-shipping costs, if applicable, must be borne by the customer
