Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

How to initiate a return: Email us at support@evashu.in with your order number, product photo, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return conditions: Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Due to the nature of natural crystals, minor variations in color, size, and texture are inherent characteristics and do not qualify for returns.

Return Shipping Cost: Customer bears the return shipping cost. Estimated return shipping cost is ₹50 to ₹100 depending on the courier service and location. No restocking fee is charged. If the product is defective or damaged on arrival, Evashu Crystals will cover the full return shipping cost at no charge to the customer.

Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized crystal products, items damaged by the customer, products without original packaging.

Damaged/Defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
