Return policy
At Evashu Crystals, we inspect every product before shipment. Because all our items are natural, handcrafted semi-precious crystals, variations in color, texture, or shape are expected and not considered defects.
This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns and replacements.
2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only if:

The product has a manufacturing defect, or

The product was damaged during transit
We do not accept returns or replacements for:

Personal preference

Color, size, or texture variations
-
Perceived energy or metaphysical effects
These are inherent qualities of natural crystals and are not defects.
3. Return/Replacement Time Frame
You must submit your return or replacement request within 10 calendar days of delivery.
Requests received after 10 days will not be accepted.
4. Mandatory Opening Video (Strict Requirement)
To process any request, you must provide an uninterrupted opening video showing:
β The sealed package before opening
β The shipping label with your AWB/Tracking number clearly visible
β The entire unboxing process
β The defect or damage clearly visible
βΌ Requests submitted without a qualifying video will be automatically rejected.

6. Validation & Approval Process
After your submission:

Our Quality Assurance team reviews your video and request.

Review typically takes 2β5 business days.

Upon approval, we will contact you with next steps.
7. Replacement Terms
If your return/replacement is approved:

We will send a replacement of the same product.

If the same item is unavailable:

We may offer a suitable alternative, or

Store credit at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or replaced:

Items returned without a qualifying opening video

Requests after the 10-day window

Damage due to misuse or improper handling

Natural variations in color, texture, or shape

Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless received damaged)
9. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise instructed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You must ensure that returned packages are securely and adequately packed.
