All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing time may be slightly extended. Customers will be informed if required.
Shipping Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

For international shipping or bulk export orders, customers are requested to contact us directly before placing an order.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

Any additional charges such as re-shipping due to incorrect address or failed delivery will be borne by the customer.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

Tracking updates are subject to courier partner systems and may take up to 24 hours to reflect accurately.
Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and contact details.

Evashu Crystals will not be liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is returned to us due to:

Refusal to accept delivery
No refund will be issued. Re-shipping the order will be chargeable.
Damaged or Missing Items

In rare cases of transit damage or missing items, customers must provide a mandatory opening video as proof (as mentioned in our Return & Replacement Policy).

Claims without an opening video will not be accepted.
Partial Deliveries

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. You will receive tracking details accordingly.
Ownership & Risk

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, ownership and delivery responsibility shift to the customer, subject to courier terms.
