Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and usually delivered in 5–7 days, depending on your pincode.

Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India.

Returns & Replacement

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Authenticity & Care

Are your crystals natural and certified?

Yes. Our stones are lab-certified natural crystals, and a certificate of authenticity is included with your order.

Are the crystals energized?

Yes. Each piece is energized by a Reiki Grandmaster in the traditional way before it is dispatched.

How do I cleanse and care for my crystal?

Keep it away from harsh chemicals and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. You can periodically cleanse it by placing it on a selenite charging plate or in moonlight.
