The approximate weight is mentioned on each product page (100g, 250g, 500g options). Since these are natural stones, slight variations (±5-10%) are normal. Chip sizes typically range from 5-15mm.

If something does go wrong in transit and your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered with a free replacement. Just reach out within 7 calendar days of delivery and share a clear unboxing video (sealed package → shipping label → full unboxing → the issue). The video helps us file the claim with our courier and get your replacement out faster.
A note on natural crystals — each one is completely unique, so slight variations in color, shape, texture, and size are part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind, not a defect. For the same reason, we're unable to accept returns for personal preference or change of mind.
Approved claims are resolved through replacement wherever possible; if we're unable to replace your piece, you'll receive a a suitable alternative or store credit at our discretion. No refund will be issued unless required by applicable law.
