A note on natural crystals — each one is completely unique, so slight variations in color, shape, texture, and size are part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind, not a defect. For the same reason, we're unable to accept returns for personal preference or change of mind.
Approved claims are resolved through replacement wherever possible; if we're unable to replace your piece, you'll receive a suitable equivalent product or another resolution permitted under our Refund Policy.
