Use it as often as your skin comfortably tolerates. Start with short, gentle sessions and stop if you notice pain, irritation or unusual redness; results vary and no fixed cosmetic outcome is guaranteed.
Do not use it over broken, sunburned, actively irritated or infected skin. If you have a skin condition, recent facial procedure or specific medical concern, follow advice from a qualified healthcare or skincare professional.
Clean gently after use with mild soap and lukewarm water, dry thoroughly with a soft cloth and store securely. Avoid very hot water, harsh chemicals and drops that can chip natural stone.

If something does go wrong in transit and your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered with a free replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and preferably within 48 hours for visible transit damage, incorrect items or immediately apparent defects, and share a clear unboxing video (sealed package โ shipping label โ full unboxing โ the issue). The video helps us file the claim with our courier and get your replacement out faster.
A note on natural crystals โ each one is completely unique, so slight variations in color, shape, texture, and size are part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind, not a defect. For the same reason, we're unable to accept returns for personal preference or change of mind.
Approved claims are resolved through replacement wherever possible; if we're unable to replace your piece, you'll receive a suitable equivalent product or another resolution permitted under our Refund Policy. A refund is provided only where required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing.
