If something does go wrong in transit and your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered with a free replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and preferably within 48 hours for visible transit damage, incorrect items or immediately apparent defects, and share a clear unboxing video (sealed package → shipping label → full unboxing → the issue). Approved claims are resolved through replacement wherever possible; if we're unable to replace your piece, you'll receive a suitable equivalent product or another resolution permitted under our Refund Policy.
