The video helps us file the claim with our courier and get your replacement out faster.
A note on natural crystals โ each one is completely unique, so slight variations in color, shape, texture, and size are part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind, not a defect. For the same reason, we're unable to accept returns for personal preference or change of mind.
Approved claims are resolved through replacement wherever possible; if we're unable to replace your piece, you'll receive a suitable equivalent product or another resolution permitted under our Refund Policy. A refund is provided only where required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing.
