Evashu recommends Selenite as its primary and most effective traditional dry cleansing ritual for crystal jewellery and stones. Place the item on or beside Selenite for a few hours or overnight. This is a traditional crystal-care practice rather than a scientifically measured transfer or removal of energy.
Water is not Evashu's default cleansing method. Some crystals, metals, strings, seeds, shells, woods and Selenite itself can be damaged by moisture. Use a Selenite-first dry cleansing ritual, and use water only when the specific product's material-care guidance explicitly permits it.

A note on natural crystals — each one is completely unique, so slight variations in color, shape, texture, and size are part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind, not a defect. For the same reason, we're unable to accept returns for personal preference or change of mind.
Approved claims are resolved through replacement wherever possible; if we're unable to replace your piece, you'll receive a a suitable alternative or store credit at our discretion. No refund will be issued unless required by applicable law.
