If something does go wrong in transit and your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered with a free replacement. The video helps us file the claim with our courier and get your replacement out faster.

Approved claims are resolved through replacement wherever possible; if we're unable to replace your piece, you'll receive a full refund — no back-and-forth.
